this is perfectly cut and polished color changing/shifting garnet from the famous Mahenge deposit in Tanzania. In order to make a perfect cut I had to sacrifice weight, thus this piece has a higher per ct price but I am still selling below production cost. It should be a fair price for such a rare gem.
